What does it cost?
A fixed price, on the phone, before an engineer sets off. It depends on the vehicle, where you are and how much has to come out. The call itself is free, even if you say no afterwards.
I have already driven.
So had most of our customers. Pull over, switch off, do not restart. We drain, flush the lines and filter and refuel clean. Acting quickly is what limits the damage.
It was only 10 or 20 litres.
The amount does not change what has to happen. Petrol strips a diesel pump of lubrication at a few percent. Topping up dilutes it but removes nothing.
